What to Expect During a Session

Before the Session: Preparing for Your Journey

Before your session, you’ll receive guidance on how to prepare for the most productive and impactful experience. We encourage you to find a quiet space where you feel comfortable and free from distractions. Hydration is also key—drinking plenty of water before and after your session will support the flow of energy and the release of emotional blockages.

If it’s your first session, we’ll begin with a brief consultation to discuss your goals, any specific areas of concern, and what you hope to achieve. This conversation will help us tailor the session to your unique needs, ensuring that your journey toward emotional, physical, and energetic balance feels personalized and aligned with your intentions.

The Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code: A Holistic Approach

Our sessions incorporate three powerful healing modalities:

  • The Emotion Code: Identifies and releases trapped emotions—unresolved emotional energies that may be causing discomfort or imbalance in your mind, body, or spirit. These trapped emotions can stem from past experiences, stress, or trauma and may manifest as physical pain, emotional challenges, or feelings of being stuck.

  • The Body Code: Addresses deeper imbalances in the body, including structural misalignments, nutritional deficiencies, toxins, and energetic imbalances. The Body Code works holistically to uncover and correct the root causes of physical or emotional discomfort.

  • The Belief Code: Focuses on identifying and releasing limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. By shifting your mindset and clearing negative thought patterns, the Belief Code helps you create new, empowering beliefs to support your personal growth.

What Happens During a Session

1. Setting Intentions: We’ll begin by setting a clear intention for the session. This may involve focusing on a particular area of your life where you’d like to experience healing, such as improving relationships, reducing stress, addressing physical discomfort, or transforming limiting beliefs.

2. Connecting to Your Energy: Using muscle testing, also known as applied kinesiology, we’ll establish a connection to your energy field. Since we’re meeting virtually, this connection works just as effectively as it does in person, thanks to the principles of quantum energy. All you need to do is relax and remain open to the process.

3. Identifying Imbalances: Through the process of muscle testing, we’ll uncover trapped emotions, energetic imbalances, or limiting beliefs that are contributing to challenges in your life. Depending on your needs, we may explore emotional energies, physical misalignments, or subconscious beliefs that are ready to be addressed.

4. Releasing and Rebalancing: Once we’ve identified the root issues, we’ll use a and governing meridian to release trapped emotions, correct imbalances, and shift limiting beliefs. 

5. Checking for Additional Imbalances: We’ll continue the process until all relevant imbalances for the session have been addressed. This creates a comprehensive and holistic healing experience.

What You May Experience

  • Stay Hydrated: Drinking water helps flush out energetic toxins and supports your body’s natural healing processes.

  • Rest and Reflect: You may feel a bit tired or emotional as your system processes the releases. Give yourself permission to rest and reflect on any insights that arise.

  • Journal Your Experience: Writing down your thoughts, feelings, or physical sensations can help you track your progress and recognize the shifts you’re experiencing.

  • Practice Self-Compassion: Healing is a journey, not a race. Be gentle with yourself as you adjust to the changes and allow time for deeper transformations to unfold.
